Our Beliefs
We believe that God is actively at work redeeming our world, our city, our neighborhood, and our personal lives. For us to be Reformed Christians means that we are to be actively engaged in the world and in our neighborhood as the hands, feet, and face of Jesus to those we meet.
At Fuller Avenue Church, we are Christians in the Reformed Tradition. We believe that God is revealed to us in our world around us and specifically in the pages of the Bible. In the pages of the Bible we discover God's message of rescue and hope for a world that is broken and plagued by sin. In addition to the scriptures, we take seriously such historic statements of faith as the Heidelberg Catechism and the contemporary testimony of faith Our World Belongs to God. Our other historic statements of faith include the Belgic Confession and the Cannons of Dordt.
