VISITOR INFORMATION PAGE
Hello! We look forward to your visit. To make your visit as enjoyable as possible here are the answers to a few questions you may have about the location of the church and what to expect when you arrive. If you have any further questions, please contact the church office at 616-241-1679 or info@fullercrc.org
Where is the church located? On Fuller Avenue and Hall Street in south east Grand Rapids.
See map.
Where do I park? The parking lot can be accessed from either Fuller Avenue or Hall Street and is located on the north side of the church.
Where do I enter the church? For the worship service: you may use the doors on Fuller Avenue or the door under the carport in the parking lot. Sunday worship service greeters are located at both entrances to help you. For events: please use the door under the carport in the parking lot.
Is the church disability friendly? Yes. Please enter the door under the carport in the parking lot to use the elevator. The elevator takes you to all levels. A greeter is stationed at the door to help you if you need assistance. There are hearing impaired devices available from our sound technicians for the worship services. Large print bulletins and song books are available. A handicapped bathroom is on the lower level.
Where is the nursery located? There is a nursery for infants and toddlers. Childcare is provided during the morning and evening services. Enter through the door under the carport in the parking lot. Take the steps to the lower level. The nursery is in the southwest corner. A nursery attendant will be happy to assist you.
What does Fuller Avenue Church offer to make worship meaningful for my younger children? During the morning worship service, the younger children are dismissed for Children in Worship and Church School. The pastor gives a blessing and then the children proceed through the front door of the sanctuary to their classroom. Guests are welcome! A teacher will direct your child to the proper classroom. Some morning services have a children’s sermon. We welcome visiting children to come to the front of the sanctuary to enjoy the sermon.
Is there fellowship time after the worship service? We hope that you will join us for coffee, punch, and cookies in the downstairs fellowship room after the morning service. In the summer, we enjoy refreshments outside.
Does Fuller Avenue Church provide adult education? Yes, on most Sunday mornings during the school year, at 11:30 a.m. after fellowship time. Please join us in the front of the sanctuary to hear speakers discuss important issues that face Christians today.
We look forward to seeing you at a worship service or an event. We invite you to contact us by email (info@fullercrc.org) or phone (616-241-1679) with any questions you may have.
